Company’s Service Center is equipped with a vast variety of professional measurement equipment, which allows to perform any type of diagnostics and repairs along with dedicated fixtures designed by manufacturers for testing and tuning equipment during factory acceptance tests.
There are highly professional employees working at the Service Center with a vast experience in TV broadcasting including digital equipment expertise from the very beginning of its implementation in Russia.
The Company provides a full scope of service support including customers counselling, repairs of a faulty equipment with providing of temporary replacement, modifying of a software and hardware in accordance with customer’s needs and solving of any issues directly on customers’ sites involving manufacturer’s representatives if necessary.

First Multiplex Network Implementation
The First digital Multiplex in Russia means both a broadcast network and a service of provision of seven TV channels and three Radio channels over Russia to its population on free of charge basis.
For the First Multiplex network Svyaz Engineering Trading House, LLC has supplied more than 700 digital transmitters of DVB-T2 standard by Gates Air, Inc. (USA), more than 300 mask filters by Spinner (Germany), RFS (Australia), Telmec and Com-Tech (both from Italy), and also more than 2000 units of other required equipment including feeder lines, RF adaptors, load equivalents, etc.
The Second digital Multiplex network implementation is the second step in digitalizing of broadcast area in Russia in order to provide other ten TV channels to Russian customers located over all of its territory on free of charge basis.
By the end of 2018 about 98.4% of Russian population shall get a free of charge access to on-air TV and Radio broadcast service.
For reaching that result more than 5000 transmitting objects shall be implemented and maintained by Svyaz Engineering Trading House, LLC.
The Company has provided a turn-key solution for each network object including the following scope of works and services: project works, construction and installation works, commissioning works, equipment supply, project management service and warranty obligations on supplied equipment operation and fulfilled works’ results.
Each object of the Second Multiplex network has been created in the same RTRN site where the appropriate object of the First Multiplex network was implemented earlier. At the same time all the technical elements of the objects are the different ones except for on-air broadcast antenna system which both objects use for transmitting purpose when combining own signals before a feeder input.
